By accessing or using My Val, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use My Val. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

My Val is a one-time Valentine's matchmaking experience. We match users based on location, preferences, and compatibility. Matches are revealed on February 10th.

4. Payment & Refunds

My Val is a one-time digital service. By completing payment, you understand that:

• Payment grants access to the matchmaking system, not a guaranteed result
• Matches depend on available compatible users
• Not all users may receive a match
• Refunds are not issued after a match is created or revealed

Refunds may be issued only in limited cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical errors, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use real identity details
• Treat other users respectfully
• Not use the service for harassment, fraud, or illegal activities

6. Privacy

Your phone number is private until the reveal date. On reveal, your number is shared only with your matched user.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Val is not responsible for any interactions, outcomes, or disputes between matched users after reveal. We do not conduct background checks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
